I could not have asked for a better experience.

A friend passed away in Feb and I was appointed executor of the estate. The primary asset was the Valley Glen home. Small (1,050 sq ft) but very well maintained and it showed beautifully. Megan Meyer was requested by the home owner to handle the real estate transaction. I contacted Megan and was introduced to Andrew Manning as the team that would handle the sale. I could not have asked for a better experience. I agreed with them to list the property at $499,000. In hopes of obtaining multiple offers. It hit the MLS on a Thursday and the open house was on Sun. We told buyers we were accepting and reviewing all offers on Wed. WE HAD 18 OFFERS!! The home sold for $75,000 over asking! The bulk of the funds are going to charity so getting the highest price possible was imperative. Andrew first sold my mother's home. He had to deal with a difficult neighbor who was attempting to interfere with the sale. He was cool and calm and effectively dealt with that situation and made sure my mother did not have to deal with this upsetting situation.
