What is your favorite property sold or work experience? My favorite sale of all time would have to be the 130-acre ranch I sold to Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith. It was over 20 years ago but they still maintain it as their primary residence.
Do you work mostly with buyers or sellers? I work mainly with sellers, but I love buyers, too! Gratefully, most of my business comes from referrals such as past clients, their families and friends.
What sets you apart from other REALTORS®? My hands-on approach, patience, negotiating skills, reputation and relationships of over 30 years with agents across the country and abroad is what sets me apart from other agents.
What neighborhood/area do you specialize in? I work with a lot of clients in the San Fernando Valley but specifically, our clients tend to be buying or selling in Encino, Toluca Lake, Woodland Hills, Calabasas, Hidden Hills, Hollywood Hills, Valley Glen, Valley Village, Sherman Oaks, Tarzana and Studio City. I have a home in Los Olivos so I work with clients up there, too, including a recent celebrity sale in Santa Barbara.
Do you work mostly with single-family homes, condominiums, land, etc.? When it comes to homes, I love to sell them all!
